Shipping Info

Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days by DHL/Deutsche Post.

I can NOT be held responsible for the loss or damage of goods by the postal service provider. Therefore, damaged or lost goods cannot be refunded. By purchasing goods through our Bandcamp store, you agree to these terms. Each order is shipped with tracking and shipment insurance via DHL. In case of loss or damage I would like you to contact me. I will find a solution with the shipping company.

Unclaimed or returned orders because the address provided was incorrect/incomplete will either be refunded less postage or, if the option is available, we will contact you by email and offer to reship the order provided we recover the full shipping cost.

I recommend you add a phone number and email address to your order. Some shipping companies will contact you if there is a problem with the delivery.

Due to the regulations of DHL/Deutsche Post, no shipping can be offered to the following countries: Afghanistan, Dominca, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Honduras, North Korea, Libya, Martinique, New Caldeonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Réunion, Russia, Samoa, Suriname, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine*, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates,

Important information about shipping time:
Parcels and packages outside the European Union will be shipped via a combined transport consisting of air and sea freight until further notice due to Corona and the war. This results in transit times of 50 business days and more.

Information for orders to Ukraine from DHL/Deutsche Post:
Currently there is a discharge stop to the following regions/locations: Donetsk region, Luhansk Oblasts, Crimea, zip codes 83000-87000 & 91000-99000.
In addition, due to the armed conflict, we ask for your understanding that we do not offer transport insurance and do not assume any liability for shipments to Ukraine due to the risk that cannot be controlled by Deutsche Post.

Return Policy

If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation.

The items you wish to return should be unsealed and/or unworn. A garment which has been fitted is obviously not being considered as a worn garment.

If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will be happy to refund your postage charge, and your return postage costs. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.
